We ensure that all our driving staff follow standards of road safety protocols and ensure the safety of all the passengers during the trip. We ensure that all our driving staff have at least a minimum of 8 hours of rest prior to the job assignment.
We will always respect all the passengers of their request and try in whichever means within our reach to assist.
We are very particular about our service quality. And since punctuality is part of quality service. We ensure that our driving staff arrives 10 minutes earlier for all job assignment. And proud to say, we have achieved 99% punctuality.
When come to figures, we are aware that everyone would like to get the best deal. Therefore we ensure that all our prices are affordable if not lower than our competitor without compromising our service quality. To us, giving a good rate to all our customers will make them return to us. And to us, retaining return customer is much more cheaper than to get new customer.
Aggrate Shaufer Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd was establised in 02 Jan 2019. Prior to the incorporation date, AS Car Rental (non known as Aggrate Supplies) was used with the guidance of Eltabina Express Pte Ltd (Singapore) and Eltabina Express Sdn Bhd (Malaysia).
We obtain our full travel agency license in Oct 2019 where were are authorised to provide Inbound tour package, Outbound tour package and ticketing reseller.
Aggrate Shaufer Travel & Tours Sdn Bhd is a 100% Malay Muslim owned company. Our aim is to provide affordable travel rates to all our customers. As at the current moment, we are concentrating our business and target audience to tourist who wish to visit Malaysia, especially Johor, Melaka, Kuala Lumpur and Genting Highlands while those tourist originating from Malaysia are able to visit Singapore using our Outbound License.
We have gained few returned customers whom we have gained trust while using our service.
Beside individual/small group customers who engage us, we too manage to provide our service to some of Malaysian grown company such as Maxxan Realty Sdn Bhd, Macquarie Capital Market Securities SDN BHD, Puteri Pacific Hotel Johor, Johor Port and many more.
